All of their dairies are located in the Pacific Coast region of Northern California, which is known for its animated and vibrant scenery – from the crystal clear rivers that flow freely into the crashing Pacific waves, to the massive redwood trees that watch over the grazing cows. There is a direct correlation between these year-round grazing cows and their nutritious milk, rich in both omega-3 fatty acids and beta-carotene, that then translates to our high-quality, award-winning Rumiano cheese.
We are proud to be using Belfiore's organic mozzarella in our pizzas. Belfiore Cheese Company is one of the few remaining small, family-owned cheese making operations in the Bay Area. All Belfiore products are made 100% naturally without any additives or preservatives. The operation was established in 1987 as one of the first pioneers producing handcrafted Italian-style Mozzarella, Fior di Latte (or Fresh Mozzarella in water) here in America.
